・How to check in and out Yushimaya Hot spring?

＜At the entrance＞
|
Please remove your shoes and place in a locker.
Remove the locker's key and leave with our front desk.
|
<At the Front desk>
|
When you check in, we will rent you a wristband for your convenience.
|
<Check out>
|
First, please return your wristband (with Yushimaya's clothes and towels)
to our front desk when you check out. You will settle up using the wristband,
at the front desk. You will get your shoe locker key as you depart.

・How to use a wristband?
|
Please hold the bar code on the wristband, close to a sensor.
The amount charged is added to a wristband,
and you settle up at the front desk when you check out .

＊Hot spring locker key is inside the wristband.

＊You can use for
-Bedrock bath
-Akasuri (Korean Body Scrub)
-Massage
-Aromatherapy (Saturday and Sunday only) and vending machines.

＊You can use only for a restaurant and vending machines.

・How to make a reservation for Yushimaya Japanese inn?
|

1. Arrival date, and departure date
2. How many guests
(Please specify - #of men, # of women, and # & age of any children)

4. Any additional questions you may have

・When you arrive at the Yushimaya Japanese Inn?
|
1. Please enter from Yushimaya Japanese inn entrance which is left side of building.
2. Please remove your shoes at the indicated line by the entrance.
(Our entrance is barrier-free)
3. Introduce yourself at the front desk, with the name of the person who made the reservation.
4. When registration is complete, the staff take you to your room.

・How to get Onsen (hot spring) locker key?
|
* When you are ready to go Onsen, approach the desk at the Onsen (hot spring).
* Mention that you are hotel guest - "宿泊 (syukuhaku)= A hotel guest"
* You will be provided with an Onsen wristband -please retain until you check out from Yushimaya Hotel.

You can go Onsen during staying Yushimaya inn during the open hours:

・Where I am going have a dinner and breakfast?
|
Our hotel staff take you to the room ( Japanse style room) at the time for dinner,
at the time you pre-arranged.
|
For breakfast, you have breakfast at a restaurant which is at the first floor of
the Onsen institution.

(Breakfast time: From 8 am to 9:30)

・How to check out Yushimaya Japanese inn?
|
-Our inn's check out time is from 8 am to 10 am
|
Please return your room's key and wristbands at our front desk.
Your charges are recorded on your Yushimaya wristband,
and we will provide a receipt at check out.
|
＊We accept payment only for Japanese Yen and credit card (visa/master/etc).
|
＊for longer stays, of more than 2 days, we will ask you for settlement
on morning of every 3rd day.
